One-on-one Counseling and Medical Nutrition Therapy

Individual counseling begins with an extensive one-hour assessment of your nutrition and medical histories. You will be asked to bring a three-day food log, and lab results from your physician. As a part of the assessment, your dietitian will provide a nutrition care plan and initial goals. Follow-up appointments are recommended for most conditions.
